Upon successful payment of the participation fee, your registration for the Future Leaders Assembly Indonesia 2025 is confirmed. Payments must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot at the event.
Ecovay reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other force majeure events. In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed as per the guidelines below.
For self-funded delegates, refund requests will be processed based on the following timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
Ecovay reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or other aspects of the event as deemed necessary to ensure the success of the event.
Ecovay is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, or personal expenses) due to event cancellation or rescheduling.
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, visas, and other arrangements in place to attend the event. Ecovay will not be held responsible for the inability of a participant to attend the event due to visa denials, travel restrictions, or other personal issues.
Registrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, the registration fee will be handled in accordance with the refund policy stated above. No requests for transfers to other individuals will be accepted.
Refunds are only applicable for the self-funded category as outlined in the refund policy. Fully funded delegates are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ecovay's official email address.
Ecovay may adjust or amend event content, including topics, speakers, workshops, or venue, to reflect unforeseen circumstances or to improve the overall experience for participants. Participants will be informed of any major changes in a timely manner.
Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations and medical emergencies. Ecovay will not be liable for any losses related to travel arrangements or medical issues.
By attending the event, participants agree to be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used by Ecovay on its website, social media, and other marketing channels without compensation.
Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your participation without eligibility for a refund.
