Terms and Conditions – Future Leaders Assembly Morocco 2025
Payment and Confirmation
Upon successful payment of the participation fee, your registration for the Future Leaders Assembly Indonesia 2025 is confirmed. Payments must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot at the event.
The application fee of $14.99 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Event Cancellation and Force Majeure
Ecovay reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other force majeure events. In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed as per the guidelines below.
Refund Eligibility & Policy
Refunds are only applicable for the self-funded category as outlined in the refund policy. Fully funded delegates are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ecovay's official email address and will be provided as vouchers for ecovay’s next conference.
For Self-Funded Candidates & Conference Pass Category
For self-funded delegates & conference pass category, refund requests will be processed based on the following timeline:
More than 1 month before the event: 30% of the total participation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 70% will be refunded in the form of a voucher for the next Ecovay conference.
20 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total participation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 50% will be refunded in the form of a voucher for the next Ecovay conference.
10 to 20 days before the event: 70% of the total participation fee will be deducted, and the remaining 30% will be refunded in the form of a voucher for the next Ecovay conference.
Less than 10 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, and 100% of the fee will be retained.
Refund Processing
At Ecovay, we strive to ensure a transparent and fair process for all participants. Below are the details of our refund policy for both Fully Funded and Self-Funded applicants:
Fully Funded Applicants
The registration fee of $14.99 is a one-time, non-refundable fee.
This fee covers the administrative costs of processing applications and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Changes to the Event
Ecovay reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or other aspects of the event as deemed necessary to ensure the success of the event.
Liability
Ecovay is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as travel, accommodation, or personal expenses) due to event cancellation or rescheduling.
Participant Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, visas, and other arrangements in place to attend the event. Ecovay will not be held responsible for the inability of a participant to attend the event due to visa denials, travel restrictions, or other personal issues.
Transfer of Registration
Registrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, the registration fee will be handled in accordance with the refund policy stated above. No requests for transfers to other individuals will be accepted.
Event Modifications
Ecovay may adjust or amend event content, including topics, speakers, workshops, or venue, to reflect unforeseen circumstances or to improve the overall experience for participants. Participants will be informed of any major changes in a timely manner.
Travel and Insurance
Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations and medical emergencies. Ecovay will not be liable for any losses related to travel arrangements or medical issues.
Photography and Videography
By attending the event, participants agree to be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used by Ecovay on its website, social media channels without compensation.
Breach of Terms
Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your participation without eligibility for a refund.
