Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should demonstrate a strong passion for leadership and social impact, along with a keen interest in sustainable development and global cooperation. They must be committed to promoting intercultural dialogue and peacebuilding, possess good written and spoken English communication skills, and be able to attend the full four-day program scheduled from February 25–28, 2026.

Who can apply for the Future Leaders Assembly 2026?
Anyone aged 15–50 years from any country — including students, professionals, entrepreneurs, NGO workers, activists, and changemakers.
What are the eligibility requirements?
Applicants should have a passion for leadership, interest in sustainable development, commitment to cultural dialogue, and English communication skills. Participants must attend the full 4-day program (February 25–28, 2026).
What are the selection criteria?
Applications are reviewed after the December 15th, 2025 deadline and evaluated based on leadership potential, motivation, innovation, community impact, and application quality.
When will I know if I’m selected?
Selected participants will be notified via email on December 25th, 2025.
What’s the application deadline?
The final deadline to submit your application is December 15th, 2025 (11:59 PM GMT).
How many seats are available?
There are 150 total seats — Fully Funded (20), Partially Funded (30), Forum Access (50), and Self-Funded (50).
What are the application fees?
Fully/Partially Funded: $11.99, Forum Access: $149, Self-Funded: $449.
What’s included in each participation category?
Each category offers different benefits such as accommodation, meals, visa support, and full program access. See “Participation Categories” for complete details.
Can I apply for multiple categories?
Yes, you may apply to multiple categories to improve your chances of selection.
Is English proficiency required?
Yes. All sessions, workshops, and discussions are conducted in English.
Do I need a visa to attend?
It depends on your nationality. Ecovay provides official visa support letters, but visa applications and fees are your responsibility.
Are application fees refundable?
No. All application fees are non-refundable, regardless of selection outcome.
What if I’m not selected for a scholarship?
You can still join the Assembly through Forum Access Pass or Self-Funded options.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
Yes, every participant receives an official Ecovay Certificate of Participation.
Can I present my project during the event?
Yes, selected delegates can showcase their projects and receive expert mentorship and feedback.
